1. Who we are

2. How the store works

Nexora is a marketplace: products are sold by independent stores, verified by our team. Each product shows the store that sells it and the country it ships from.

Nexora runs the platform, records orders and provides customer support. The contract of sale is made between the customer and the selling store.

3. Account

To buy you need an account with accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are set in euros and include VAT at the rate of the delivery country. Amounts shown in other currencies are indicative and use a reference exchange rate.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on the delivery country and the stores in the order. Customs duties may apply on arrival for shipments between countries, payable by the customer.

5. Orders and payment

An order is recorded when the customer confirms it at checkout. The available payment methods are shown at that point.

Unless the selling store states otherwise, the order ships after payment has been validated. If a product becomes unavailable, the customer is told and refunded anything paid.

6. Reserving "Coming soon" items

Items marked "Coming soon" are not yet on sale. A reservation is a contact request with no obligation and no payment: our team replies with the price and delivery date, and only then does the customer decide whether to buy.

7. Delivery

Delivery times depend on the selling store and the destination country and are indicative. Risk passes to the customer on receipt of the parcel.

8. Returns and guarantee

Return conditions are set out in the Returns policy. Products carry the legal guarantee that applies in the customer's country.

9. Liability

Nexora is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its control. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives consumers.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Nexora Grupo Mundo has its registered office, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of the customer's country of residence.
